Do these fit all cars?
Willy and Bear car cup holder expanders have been designed to fit the universal sized car cup holder. We have trialled and tested this in many different model cars. If your car has a standard cup holder, our product should fit. Photos and info on which cars we fit can be found on our Instagram highlight.
How do I look after it?
Our brand new cup holder is more durable than ever and has no special care instructions. The cup holder can be cleaned with soap and water and we do not recommend dishwasher use.
If you decide you’re done with your Willy and Bear, you can pop me in your recycling bin! I am friends with our planet.
What type of bottles do these fit?
The Willy&Bear cup holder is designed to fit larger water bottles (1L-1.25L) that do not fit in the standard cup holder. Check out our instagram for photos of them in use @willyandbear.
Can I get a refund if this doesn’t fit?
Refunds are only offered in circumstances when the product arrives damaged. We do not offer refunds for products that do not fit your car. The cup has been designed to fit the standard car cup holder and measurements are available in the product photos. On the chance it doesn’t fit we ask you pass it on to a friend or loved one to enjoy. Thank you for your understanding.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we are offering shipping for Australia, New Zealand, UK and USA.
Shipping info
Once an order is placed prior to 6pm, it is ALWAYS shipped the next business day. Australia Post estimates 1-3 business days for express delivery and 3-7 business days for standard domestic packages. For New Zealand customers, it is estimated your car cup holder will be with you between 10-14 business days.
Willy and Bear will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package. If the customer fails to enter their address in correctly, the customer will be liable for any additional shipping costs to re-direct the package.
